    AI here means a handful of features that do repetitive thinking inside your system — chosen with you before the build starts, and kept working as the technology moves. It does not mean a chatbot bolted to a website, and it does not mean we generate your business and hope. If a feature cannot be pointed at a job somebody currently does by hand, it does not go in.

    If the build takes longer than planned you don't pay more. Your twelve months start when you sign and end when they end. That puts the pressure to hit the date on us, where it should be.

    When we are the wrong call

    • You're pre-revenue, or it's an app idea rather than a trading business. There's no process to improve yet.
    • You're a software or fintech company. You have the skills in-house and you'll build it yourself.
    • You want the cheapest option. You can buy software for £30 a month and it will be very good at what it does.
    • You want development capacity to direct, rather than an outcome we own end to end.
